Meet Joe
Hard Truth: Too much of my career was defined by unrealized potential, and too much of my life was defined by career. Everything changed when coaching entered my life. The artificial, self-imposed limits I put on success, my own and those I served, disappeared. My true nature and ability to lead emerged while I said the painful goodbyes to habits, tendencies, and behaviors that just didn’t serve. That led to a better understanding and acceptance of who I am, which is a recipe for a better life. That journey continues today, as I endeavor to democratize the incredible gift that is coaching with the businesses, communities, and people who want to lead in the world.
Over 25 years in progressive marketing, sales, service, product, and leadership roles, I recognized not only the power of coaching to transform our lives, but the underserved needs, especially of rising leaders, for leadership skill development and support. We are in the middle of an extraordinary leadership shift, and my mission is to help it advance by giving newer leaders a head start.
Now, as a professionally trained and ICF Certified Coach my journey continues supporting today’s and tomorrow’s leaders. My work is informed but not dictated by my experience with global professional services companies like Gartner, BearingPoint, The Hackett Group; and deep understanding for the automotive remarketing and technology sectors where I’ve been serving for nearly 20 years as an executive, board member, association partner, speaker, and coach.

-
After 14 years in the heart of auto remarketing as an executive vice president at AutoIMS, Joe brings a multi-faceted perspective to the business and leadership opportunities facing auctions, consignors, and the many service providers in our precious industry.
A sought-after speaker, discussion facilitator, consultant, and coach, Joe supports leaders and teams in all corners of remarketing as they make the leap to the next level of success.
-
Tracing back to the beginning of his career at IT advisory Gartner through his long tenure with a critical software provider in automotive, Joe speaks the business language of technology, and the technology language of business.
Blending the generative curiosity of a coach with his understanding of the unique and evolving challenges of tech-forward businesses, Joe supports leaders and groups to make and communicate decisions critical to their success.
-
Music, theater, and all things performing arts reflect our communities, unify the divided, and raise the collective consciousness of all involved. Starting with the trombone in the 4th grade, music has always offered more to Joe than it took from him.
Offering pro bono coaching and related services to support the missions of arts organizations in Atlanta and beyond is a primary source of ‘give back’ for Joe.

Fun Facts
I live in Atlanta, Georgia with my husband, partner, travel guide, co-uncle, sommelier, adrenaline junky, and board game rival of 23 years, Matthew.
I grew up in New Jersey, but migrated south quickly to enjoy warmer weather and the resulting opportunities for more golf. I still miss the pizza.
Just begin again (IYKYK). My mindfulness practice has grown over the past couple of years, and I can’t help but evangelize it. I remain a faithful Christian, but am enjoying the Buddha’s user manual for life.
A recent coaching breakthrough for me: I realized the risk of not doing the hard risky work of coaching, is far, far greater than doing the hard risky work of coaching. It makes sense, I promise.
